Refund policy
Returns:
Returns can be made in store up to 5 days after purchase with a receipt. Any returns without a receipt will be exchange only.
Comics and Graphic Novels are NOT RETURNABLE.
All Returns must be in the original packaging and unopened, unwaashed or worn.
We do not offer returns on any product purchased online. We strive to make sure you get your item as pristine as possible but can not control what happens to your item once it leaves our store.
Exchanges:
We have a 5-day Exchange only policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only defective items are eligible for exchange, and must be traded for an identical, non-defective item. We will give store credit on a case by case basis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
